Consortium partners gather for critical project review and patient insights
The Hypermarker team gathered for its second annual meeting at the University Clinic Hamburg-Eppendorf, a partner of the Hypermarker consortium. This is marking another milestone in our collaborative journey. Over two days, 35 scientists from all consortium partners engaged in meaningful discussions, reviewed project progress, adjusted timelines, and reaffirmed their shared commitment to the project's ambitious goals.
A key focus of the meeting was a thorough review of the project timeline. This careful assessment ensured the alignment of critical milestones, including the timing of sample analysis, the development of predictive models, and the later start of the clinical trial. These adjustments reflect the team's dedication to maintaining a structured and effective approach to achieving Hypermarker’s objectives.
A standout moment of the meeting was the invaluable contribution of a patient living with hypertension. Their candid sharing of personal experiences and challenges with medical treatment provided the team with a vital perspective, reminding us of the real-world impact of our research and the importance of patient-centered innovation.
